Our Endeavour CIC (known as ‘Endeavour’) was incorporated in the United Kingdom on 16 June 2023 with a clear mission: sustainable positive change, together.
Purposefully, our mission is broad so we can remain agile and respond to issues as they become clear. An issue can range from a broken public park to genocide, and everything in between, found through research and public reporting systems.
As we are building the organisation, it will run like a traditional company with centralised control however the vision is much bigger.
To begin, we’re starting in areas the founder, Hakim, knows well: Greater Manchester and Lincolnshire.
Although our focus is limited to these areas, some of our activities may have a national or global reach.
Whilst frustrating with the idea on what Endeavour can become, the reason for our initial limitations is to understand whether if and how Endeavour can grow.
Whilst growing, we intend to earn public trust and build a proactive attitude, this is why we publish our accounting and working documents and actively encourage people to participate by reporting issues, joining meetings and helping us with our work.

Regardless of ongoing debates about its causes, we’re living through undeniable climate shifts. Unpredictable weather: droughts, extreme heat, and flooding, is becoming the norm. Even if you don’t feel the effects directly, you’ll see them reflected in rising food prices and increasing asylum applications as more regions become uninhabitable.

Every person will have the right to join and cast a single, regular, equal vote on all major decisions: from who leads us, to where we focus our efforts, to how our resources are used. This right is universal and permanent, it cannot be bought, traded, or taken away.
We’re removing the layers of complexity that slow down progress in today’s systems. No political parties. No endless bureaucracy. No red tape. Just direct, democratic decision-making: clear, fair, and fast.
If the people want it, we will do it. It’s that simple.

Be Respectful
Mutual respect is fundamental when we are dealing with other humans, or even animals and the environment.
Respect is deserved by us all, especially if we disagree. We only make meaningful change together.
Be Honest
Without the truth we don't know our situation and therefore our efforts will always be in vain.
Owning up to our mistakes can be daunting but it's much better than never doing so.
Be Proactive
We can not be armchair critics. If we see an issue we should talk about it and attempt to find a solution.
We will never accept phrases such as "that's just the way it is" or "what can I do?".
Be Respectful
